Agreed. I came across this post because this is what they sent their supporters in an email. When I read it, I was disgusted--not by the convoy, but by them.

The establishment has been working overtime to smear the hundreds of thousands of ordinary, working class Canadians who are fighting against government overreach on behalf of all Canadians. These Canadians come from all walks of life. I'm about as leftie as you can get. To paint us all as "far right extremists" is egregious and patently untrue.

How 350 cannot see anything wrong with expanded surveillance, erosion of civil liberties, and government overreach is beyond me. Maybe they should stick to, you know, environmental issues...though I wonder how much of this stems from Bill McKibben's personal views. He supports censorship, surveillance, mandates, etc.
