Curious to see where you got the statistics on this. There's such limited info on this and of the info that I did find, the poll (link below) revealed that most vegans in the US are actually in the 30-49 age range, and the highest percent of those vegans have an annual income of $30,000 and less (debunking the fact that veganism is inherently 'privileged'). While it's not an extensive poll by any means, it certainly paints a more accurate picture. I'm always wary of veganism being painted as this 'whites-only, privileged' club. This perception ironically pushes the narrative that veganism is inaccessible.
