Eugenia isn't a one-off case. She's a reflection of YouTube as a whole. There's tons of pro-ana and equally just as much pro-obesity content on there, complete with "feeder" clips, too. Then other YouTubers make reaction videos, which in turn, gives these people more views. Since YouTube isn't doing anything about it - which I don't think they should - it's best we ignore these videos altogether so the creators aren't incentivized.
