Thanks and sorry I didn't mean to come across so abrasive. These conversations about diversity strike a particular chord as I was once more involved in this world and had many token-y experiences, including being told to pick "the poor looking Black girl" for a picture - so the whole thing leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I think it'd be useful to consult underrepresented communities and see if it actually is a useful act of inclusion. Thanks for bringing it up. :)
