Yeah, I agree -- Facebook is a cesspool. Not just for racism. But for conspiracy theories, misinformation, etc. It's not a platform designed to engage in open discourse. The loud ones want to be confronted. They thrive on it. I don't think anyone should feel complicit for not engaging these people. But if these racists were in fact just ignorant and sincere people, sure. But that's clearly not the example being demonstrated here.
